El Sistema de Pasantías Educativas (Ley Nº 26.427). Estudio de casos: Facultad de Economía y Administración y Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Nacional del Comahue. (2018-2022)

Abstract

La presente tesina se propone abordar el sistema de pasantías en el ámbito de la Universidad Nacional del Comahue (UNCo) en general, y en las Facultades de Economía y Administración y Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales en particular; durante el período 2018 y 2022. A través del análisis del tema, se fueron describiendo y comparando atributos relacionados con la forma de implementación que asume dicho sistema, y rescatando al mismo tiempo, el valioso aporte de los distintos actores involucrados. De acuerdo a la naturaleza metodológica de los objetivos se trata de un diseño descriptivo, basado en una estrategia metodológica mixta que integra métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Se espera que los resultados obtenidos contribuyan a la homogeneización del sistema de pasantías de la UNCO., en la unificación de criterios tendientes a regular de manera uniforme y equitativa, aspectos compartidos por las distintas unidades académicas; así como también, a la reestructuración de los circuitos de información y retroalimentación existentes.

This thesis aims to address the internship system within the National University of Comahue (UNCo) in general, and in the Faculties of Economics and Administration and the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences in particular; during the period 2018 and 2022. Through the analysis of the topic, attributes related to the form of implementation assumed by said system were described and compared, and at the same time, the valuable contribution of the different actors involved were rescued. According to the methodological nature of the objectives, it is a descriptive design, based on a mixed methodological strategy that integrates qualitative and quantitative methods. It is expected that the results obtained will contribute to the homogenization of the UNCO internship system, in the unification of criteria aimed at regulating in a uniform and equitable manner, aspects shared by the different academic units; as well as the restructuring of existing information and feedback circuits
