Análisis de flujo vehicular en los accesos de la ciudad de Neuquén con condiciones actuales y futuras

Abstract

Neuquén Capital es una de las ciudades de la Provincia de Neuquén en las que el crecimiento demográfico se desarrolla exponencialmente, haciendo las veces de epicentro de una región en plena expansión. Debido a esto, se proyectan construir redes viales que satisfagan las necesidades de comunicación entre cada uno de los puntos de este conglomerado y dicho centro. El objetivo que origino este trabajo fue estudiar el flujo vehicular que somete cada una de las vías principales de la región mencionada, arrojando un diagnostico actual y futuro de los mismos. Durante la investigación se consideraron mediciones realizadas por entes oficiales competentes en el asunto tratado en el presente Proyecto Integrador Profesional. Con estos registros se obtuvieron los volúmenes vehiculares característicos, distribución de transito y Transito Medio Diario Anual, entre otras características importantes, los cuales permitieron establecer el escenario actual del estudio. Por otro lado, a fin de establecer un escenario futuro de los tramos analizados, se conformaron Modelos de Regresión basados en el comportamiento de los cada uno de los sectores estudiados. Estos modelos cuentan con principios fundamentados en teorías de Econometría lo que permite su aplicación en este Proyecto Integrador Profesional y nos arrojan resultados con basto sustento teórico y practico. Además se aplican criterios de selección de modelo según el tramo analizado, lo que permite una selección de modelo mas adecuada según el caso que se ese estudiando. Los datos obtenidos fueron reproducidos en cada uno de los tramos de estudio arrojando características de desempeño en una ventana temporal que abarca hasta el año 2032 inclusive. Los resultados de las distintas proyecciones muestran concordancia con los datos aportados año a año por los diferentes entes involucrados en la temática del proyecto, los cuales se puede acceder en cada una de las paginas oficiales de dichos entes. Se espera que este trabajo contribuya a un diseño más eficiente de las vías de comunicación que se desarrollen en el denominado conglomerado Gran Neuquén y sus alrededores y en consecuencia a la optimización en el desarrollo general de toda la Provincia de Neuquén.

Neuquén Capital is one of the cities in the Province of Neuquén in which demographic growth develops exponentially, serving as the epicenter of a region in full expansion. Due to this, it is projected to build road networks that satisfy the communication needs between each one of the points of this conglomerate and said center. The objective that originated this work was to study the vehicular flow that submits each of the main roads of the mentioned region, yielding a current and future diagnosis of them. During the investigation, measurements carried out by competent official entities in the matter dealt with in this Professional Integrator Project were considered. With these records, the characteristic vehicle volumes, traffic distribution and Average Daily Annual Traffic were obtained, among other important characteristics, which allowed establishing the current scenario of the study. On the other hand, in order to establish a future scenario for the sections analyzed, Regression Models were created based on the behavior of each of the sectors studied. These models have principles based on theories of Econometrics, which allows their application in this Professional Integrator Project and yields results with broad theoretical and practical support. In addition, model selection criteria are applied according to the section analyzed, which allows a more appropriate model selection according to the case being studied. The data obtained were reproduced in each of the study sections, yielding performance characteristics in a time window that covers up to and including the year 2032. The results of the different projections show agreement with the data provided year by year by the different entities involved in the theme of the project, which can be accessed in each of the official pages of said entities. It is expected that this work will contribute to a more efficient design of the communication routes that are developed in the so-called Gran Neuquén conglomerate and its surroundings and consequently to the optimization in the general development of the entire Province of Neuquén.
