Este artículo, elaborado de manera colaborativa por investigadoras
de la Universidad Nacional del Comahue y el CONICET, junto con
representantes de la Dirección de Agroturismo y Paisajes Culturales de la
Secretaría de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable de Centenario, en la provincia
del Neuquén, tiene como objetivo principal analizar las tendencias en la
producción, procesamiento y comercialización de alimentos frescos en un
contexto de expansión urbana e hidrocarburífera.
Además, se examinarán las propuestas y políticas implementadas a nivel
provincial y municipal para abordar la problemática agroalimentaria. En
particular, se presentará la experiencia de acciones desarrolladas en la localidad
de Centenario, destacando la articulación entre la producción de agroalimentos
y el agroturismo, con el fin de impulsar iniciativas que fortalezcan la soberanía
alimentaria en ciudades de mediana escala.
This article, collaboratively prepared by researchers from the
National University of Comahue and CONICET, along with representatives
from the Department of Agrotourism and Cultural Landscapes of the
Secretariat of Environment and Sustainable Development of Centenario, in the
province of Neuquén, aims to analyze trends in the production, processing,
and marketing of fresh foods in a context of urban and hydrocarbon
expansion.
In addition, the proposals and policies implemented at the provincial and
municipal levels to address agri-food issues will be examined. In particular, the
experience of initiatives developed in the town of Centenario will be presented,
highlighting the link between agri-food production and agri-tourism, with the
aim of promoting initiatives that strengthen food sovereignty in medium-sized
cities.
